The Knowledge Base widget provides seamless access to the blueEHR knowledge base directly from the AirO2 application interface. This eliminates the need to sign in to the knowledge base separately, offering instant access to product documentation resources without interrupting your workflow.

You can open the knowledge base widget by clicking the Get Assistance icon (), which is accessible from all the pages. Once opened, the knowledge base appears as a slide-in page with two dedicated tabs:

  • Recent Searches – Displays the list of recently accessed articles.

  • Knowledge Base – Displays the knowledge base, organized into categories and articles in the same structured format as the knowledge base website.

Prerequisites:

  • It is recommended that you update your web browser to the latest available version.

  • To access the Knowledge Base widget, your user account must have a valid username and email address.

Warning:

The Knowledge Base widget is not compatible with the Safari browser.

Note:

Upon signing in, the application displays the knowledge base articles relevant to your account.

To open the knowledge base widget from AireO2

  1. Sign in to the application.

    The application displays the default dashboard.

  2. Click the Get assistance icon ().
    The application displays the Knowledge base link.

  3. Click Knowledge base.
    The knowledge base widget appears.  

Recent Searches

The Recent Searches tab displays the list of recently accessed articles in the knowledge base. You can click an article title to open the article page.

Note:

This list includes recent searches made by all users, not limited to your user account.

To view the recently searched articles

  1. Click the Get assistance icon ().
    The application displays the Knowledge base link.

  2. Click Knowledge base.
    The application displays the Recent Searches tab.

Allows you to search the knowledge base. When you enter a search keyword, the application displays the list of matching articles.

Top searched articles

Displays the list of recently searched articles. You can click an article title to open it.

To access the knowledge base categories and articles

  1. Open the knowledge base widget.

  2. Click the Knowledge Base tab.
    The application displays the knowledge base.

    Note:

    The knowledge base is logically structured into categories and articles. When you click a category, the application automatically displays the knowledge base articles under it.

  3. Click the blueEHR category.
    The list of categories and articles appears.

Allows you to search the knowledge base. When you enter a search keyword, the application displays the list of matching articles.

Filter

Allows you to filter the categories and articles by a keyword. The application lists the titles by matching the search keyword.

Example:

When you enter “Reports” in the filter field, the application displays a list of categories and articles that include the keyword ”Reports”in their title.

Categories and Articles

Displays the list of categories and articles. When you click a category, the application displays the list of articles under it. Similarly, when you click an article title, the application opens the article.
